Trying to map the current Republican party, despite calling themselves conservatives, to anything that Freeden would recognize in 98 does not seem to be particularly productive.
Does this include the lifetime costs of need to replace the panels? Also batteries though I'd imagine that is a separate. But the panels would seem to be direct additional costs.
Of course. That's the major cost (along with inverters and mounting and installation). If you didn't include that, if you just looked at operating costs, solar would be insanely cheap, far cheaper than any other source.
An alternative to abstraction is to use iconic forms and boundary math (containerization and void-based reasoning). See Laws of Form and William Bricken's books recently. For those who have not seen it before, Waterwitch is on page 43 of the 2013 catalog here [1], and is described as "Hand held finishing tool used for geolocating targeted handsets in the field". It did seem to require, if I'm reading right, that the target be connected to a malicious GSM router called "Typhon" (page 42).
The books are good, but way too many and wildly varying in difficulty. No one can read all that in 2 years starting without knowledge of linear algebra. just worry about the fundamentals first and then pick a couple good books in areas you’re interested in. The main thing is deep understanding, not superficial breadth.
