What was the population density 50 or 100 years ago? Could it be possible that they went extinct more recently than 50,000 years ago (the age of the most recent bones)?

I was responding to the author, Gregory Forth, who is literally claiming a cryptid is present there today but using a question to disguise his claim, presumably for profit motives. "Do members of Homo floresiensis still inhabit the Indonesian island where their fossils helped identify a new human species fewer than 20 years ago?"
Streaming services take efforts to block VPNs. VPNs targeting users who want to access streaming services need to work to circumvent the efforts of streaming services. Mullvad does not attempt to do this so.
I believe that with iCloud Private Relay, the second hop is a different company (Cloudflare/Akamai/Fastly). Whereas multihop offered by Mullvad and other VPN companies they own both hops which would make correlation easy for them.
Ukraine uses the same equipment. How can you know whether they were Russian or Ukranian tanks that were destroyed? You could also take pictures of the same destroyed tank from different angles and claim more tanks were destroyed.
The people who do the visual analysis of the losses put a lot of effort into making sure they don’t count duplicates. The tanks despite being the same have some differences between them because they have been upgraded with differently. Russia also fields different variants then Ukraine.
You can also generally tell from the markings on the side of the tank who it belongs to.
A large number of the confirmed tank loses are likely from videos of the two forces attacking each other which makes identification quite easy.
I am not sure if its a justifiable comparison, typically you don't end up with a food costs in the hundres of thousands or millions in the blink of second. It's not like you all of a sudden get a bill from Mickey D for someone showing a truckload of hamburgers down your throat.
I am not completely sure where you want to go with this argument. But as a Scandinavian I am very much comfortable with the state ensuring my access to health care, knowing I do not ever have to ever have to think about medical costs, health insurance or access to one of the better health care systems in the world for me or my family. We could very much bear the costs of having private health insurance, but its just one less (big) worry...
I do think that production of food is very much a state matter - and unless you knew taxes in the US today go towards ensuring safe and predictable production of food through i.e. agricultural subsidies. I would expect the state to ensure that the country have a viable and thorough plan to ensure food supplies.
Food production is heavily subsidized in the US because a free market would wipe out producers the second market conditions impact their profitability.
Doxxing is very specific-- you are revealing the link between the pseudonymous account and the holder. Elon Musk is a public figure, and posts under his own account.
Additionally, a jet plane, whether private or public, does not have any rights. You cannot "doxx" an airplane. Aside from the practical benefits that ADS-B provides, the public nature of it holds everyone accountable.
Doxxing isn't only for pseudonymous accounts. There are people with actual profiles that use their real names on Twitter and with a little bit of research you can publish all kinds of personal information about them like their current address which can be a real safety issue and would definitely violate Twitter's TOS.
> You cannot "doxx" an airplane.
I think it's pretty obvious that Elon Musks plane will most likely have Elon Musk inside of it. So by doxxing the plane you're doxxing the person. Just think about the same example with a car of someone who may be receive a lot of negative attention, you can tweet out the location of their car and that may put them in harms way. The car has no rights either but revealing the information is still a safety issue. It's just that for planes the data is public because the idea of a plane identifying an individual location is not a common one since so few people own private planes. Another analogy is a bus vs a car. I think most people would be fine with a bus having live tracking and in fact many people depend on that, but for an individual car it doesn't make sense.
