Omarchy is a product for a different audience. CachyOS is focused on gaming and is recognized even by non-Linux users. Omarchy targets developers/engineers, and Dell and others have devices like the XPS line that are high-end for demanding users. When x86 Windows devices aren't directly competing with Apple - for example, Dell XPS is - it can be beneficial to pull more people to Omarchy and high-end non-Apple laptops ;) Not to mention the user base from which you can recruit engineers and developers.
