They are if you want to build a life in your local community.

But that aside: a small, high-quality farm in Nebraska is just as worthy of support as a small, high-quality farm in Wisconsin.

The problem is, a small, high-quality farm anywhere is more worthy of support than Cargill.

Patronizing local farms instead of supermarkets means less of your money goes to Cargill. That's a good thing.
