Well, I can't know what it is, but I had ingested a chemical (not an opioid) which supposedly causes serotonin release and my experience matched many other written experiences with said chemical.

There could be several, but the one I know of is MDAI, which is basically like MDMA without the amphetamine ("dopamine-releasing") part.
