At least for me, this comment, together with the calling out by name of a specific user, is context free—besides why anyone, or this particular person, would do this, I have no idea what the significance of 'this' (the substitution of a different first name) even is—and seems not to contribute much to this conversation except for casting aspersions (possibly well deserved or possibly not; without context I have no way of knowing).
