My role is mainly design oriented so I'm not entirely sure if this applicable to roles more geared towards logistical roles. I think the general concensus that my peers agree with is that HWE usually get compensated one level below SWE on average. Is 110K total compensation? If so, I would guess her TC (base+RSU+bonus) would at least be in the 180K range with 15+ years of experience. If she plays her cards right, I wouldn't be surprised if she hits lows 200K.
