I'm not saying this particular defendant wasn't purposely trying to capture Adobe's email but having a catch-all account for a domain is hardly a black pattern. I do this with my domains simply to see whether there's an account that customers "guess" might exist. It's also pretty amazing to see what a vast array of typos land on my sites!


You doing it for your business is ok. Someone else doing it with your trademark(s) can be disastrous for your reputation.
