Worked totally offline and was better than embedded Google TTS and the Mycroft voices from youtube presentation. Now looks like the app is not in the App store any more. Then whas purchased by Amazon and disappeared from Google store.

Amazon bought IVONA. But it still works if you’ve saved the APKs[1].
