[original in German unfortunately] German cloud storage encryption provider Boxcryptor has sold "major technological assets" to Dropbox. Boxcryptor provides an intermediate encryption layer for multiple online storage services like e.g. OneDrive, Dropbox, Sharepoint, Google Drive, Box, iCloud. I think they just lost their main advantage compared to Microsoft Azure Encryption.
