It's not a collection of old sounds. It's a collection of "reimagined" sounds - old sound effects overlaid with random background music. Try "film projector" and "cash register". They both have music on top.

As far as I can tell, each sound in the library has both an original recording and the artist “reimagined” version.

Yup the "Air raid siren test" sounds like a sound track of a B movie, nothing like an actual siren.
