Yes --- all you have to do to obtain all this privacy --- surrender your bank account info including login ID and password.


It’s totally true! For myself I just wanted to have burner cards because of temporary services. Thought it was worth a shot but their policy of creating and authorize an account is pretty obscure.


The only way this might make sense is to setup a "burner" bank account with a low balance and little financial history to be monetized. In which case, there isn't much to protect and you're unlikely to be approved.


I have tried last year to create an account last year in order to be less dependent from Revolut (most services doesn’t take their cards anymore) and for some reason I was refused without any reason. Don’t have any problem with credit nor have an history of issues. When sent an e-mail I got a very generic reply…
