The "Duvall Espresso IP Enforcement" llc title I'm totally unexposed to this guy's (Carlos of Meticulous) work and came across it in the Gaggiuno Discord. Anyone seen an open framework gameplan for fighting patent trolls? I've seen plenty of writeups including enough legal specifics which could be assembled to such a doc. I think we're all aware of the challenges arising from a company's value prop + product TAM (or backers kickstarter backers ) not exceeding the up front legal costs of fighting.

Why are you assuming he's a patent troll? Because the headline says so? :)
