You need to first install Python, then run the following: http://peak.telecommunity.com/dist/ez_setup.py Then you use easy install to install pip. That's how I got it working, but I'm a complete Python newbie!

For future reference, http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/ contains tons of Python packages (including pip!) with nice installers for various Python versions.
