Where does it say it was Zoom?

Hoover, Walkman, Sellotape, Google, Bandaid, Kleenex…

As long as they're with upper case you make the correct distinction: these are brands or trade names, not verbs or nouns. 'Zoom' isn't even close to that level. Besides their software utterly sucks.
