Agree, this number seems enormous. Maybe there is a big stream of hosted services revenue that I'm just not participating.

Hashicorp is public. It's like a 15% premium on what their stock was trading at so it can't be too overpriced (or at least, more than it was already)

It’s ~10x their revenue which is not crazy in saas. If anything it’s underpriced only because of current economic headwinds

It's "only" 15% above market. (Which is not unusual for an aquisition.)
