It feels very weird to not include games like Ratchet & Clank, Returnal, and a few others just because they were later released on PC. Especially when Death Stranding 2 is here and also released on PC.

Sony’s strategy is for almost every game to eventually be on PC as well so it’s not entirely a case of development slowing (although it has).
